The Teddy Bear Experiment

Hi Mister Teddy
I'll pour you some tea
Come sit with me
What holds your gaze?
Is it life's dark maze?
No, you do not worry
And have no need to be sorry
What has gotten you entranced?
In younger days we always danced...

What do you see?
What fascinates you so?
You gaze out past me
At what, I do not know

What your glassy eyes behold
May be wondrous dreams of old
Does it make you sad
Or make you feel alone?
I know it doesn't make me glad
(It makes me ache right to the bone)
When I saw how others danced
It made me become entranced...

What do you see?
What fascinates you so?
You gaze out past me
At what, I do not know

Yet you stare on still
And do not drink your tea
Your gaze held captive against your will
As always, you do not answer me

Do not despair
Oh Teddy Bear
For if I have hope
Then you can cope

What do you see?
What fascinates you so?
You gaze out past me
At what, I do not know

Tell me, what fascinates you so?
Just my Teddy Bear song in full...and not in front of a photo...
